Guide packages and prices
The listed packages are defined starting scopes and the prices are guides in Kenyan shillings. Selecting a package or preparing an enquiry does not create a paid order. The written quote confirms the current fee, scope, revisions, timing, taxes and responsibilities.
Work begins by agreement
BrandNerds and the client agree the project in writing before work begins. The agreement addresses deliverables, payment milestones, approvals, changes, cancellation, intellectual property, confidentiality and support.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, platform subscriptions, advertising spend, apps, payment fees, licensed assets, production and printing are separate unless included in the written quote. Included domain or hosting services must have an agreed term and renewal responsibility.
Consultation requests
Request a free consultation through WhatsApp, phone or email. We agree the appointment time with you directly. The website does not reserve a calendar slot automatically.
Client inputs and project changes
The project scope defines the information, assets, access and approvals the client must provide. New requirements, delayed inputs or changes to an approved direction may affect timing and fees under the project agreement.
Results and evidence
Marketing, search and sales outcomes depend on factors beyond a supplier’s control. We do not guarantee rankings, sales or a specific return. Portfolio examples show creative capabilities; testimonials reflect the statements shared in the company profile.
